The goal of the "Personal Development School NARA" is to create the respectful environment in Latvia and beyond. In essence, it continues the more than 25 years of experience of the educator, therapist and consultant Janis Ozolins.

To achieve this goal, both group and individual consultations are held in person and remotely, as well as cooperation with other organizations in Latvian, Russian and English.

In courses, seminars, various types of educational classes, the most important emphasis is to inspire people to improve their life skills, cultivate, increase and restore physical and mental abilities. Families are invited, as well as any individual who wants to live in harmonious relationships with themselves, in respectful relationships with others and the environment.

Projects

Since 2024, we have been implementing the project "Happy Teacher - Happy Future", which is co-financed by the "Nordplus Adult Program project". Project number NPAD-2024/10113

The target audience of the project are adult educators who suffer from increased stress in their work. A secondary, subordinated target group, who can directly benefit from the results of the project, is adult students suffering from stress (refugees, immigrants, groups at risk of exclusion) with whom teachers are working. Nordplus co-financing of 55,325 euros was received for this project. Learn more about the project in the Facebook group.
